Order Cancellation

Before dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped, by contacting us at hello@makkmal.com or through your account. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

After dispatch: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received, following the standard return process (Section 4.1–4.5).

Prepaid vs COD cancellations: For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, 100% refund is issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, simply inform us before dispatch and no charges apply.
